You can access the performances you don’t want to miss with our Choose Subscriptions. Take your pick from the 3, 4, 5 or 6 performances and you can tailor your perfect 2024 Season, while making big savings on single ticket prices.

Subscriptions are available for both existing and new subscribers and will remain open as long as they can be purchased in each city.

Yes, Gold subscribers from 2023 can retain their usual seats if they subscribe before single tickets go on sale on 23 November 2023. Yes. 

Yes, as a subscriber you will be able to select your own seat for our 2024 Season.

Yes. All subscribers have access to a priority booking period before single tickets go on sale on 23 November 2023. Gold subscribers are allocated seats first, followed by Choose subscribers.

Tickets will be sent to subscribers prior to Christmas 2023. 

Yes. You can pay for your 2024 subscription in 4 equal instalments:

  • 25% is due when subscribing
  • 25% due 19 January
  • 25% due 18 March
  • 25% due 19 April

Instalments are only available when paying by credit card.

You can use this credit towards any Musica Viva Australia purchase, including subscriptions and single tickets. If you book online your credit will appear on the credit tab of the final payment page. You can also select the credit payment option when filling out the booking form. If you are unsure if you have credit on your account, please contact the Box Office to confirm.

Single tickets / general booking for the 2024 Season go on sale on 23 November with the exception of The Choir of King’s College, Cambridge. General bookings for these concerts opens on Tuesday 26 March 2024. Tickets are subject to availability.

This depends on the health orders in your state. Please check our page on Venue Safety here, as well as the venue you are attending, for the most up-to-date information. 

Yes. To book accessible seating (such as wheelchair accessible seating), please contact our friendly Box Office team on 1800 688 482 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEDT). 

Ticket exchanges are only available for subscribers and are subject to availability. Simply return your ticket(s) to Musica Viva Australia at least 48 hours before the concert. For more information on our ticket exchange policy, visit musicaviva.com.au/terms.

Tickets can be exchanged from 23 November, 2023.

To exchange tickets, contact the Box Office at least 48 hours before the concert. If you have already received physical tickets for the concert, simply return the tickets via post or send us an email with a photo of the tickets ripped in half. If you do not wish to exchange your ticket(s) for another performance, please return as above and we will issue you with a tax-deductible receipt for your donation in support of our education program. 

An upgrade fee may apply where lower face-value tickets are exchanged for higher-face-value tickets. If exchanging higher-face-value tickets for lower-face-value tickets the difference will not be refunded.

There will be no refunds, except as provided in the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia 

There will be alternative options offered for cancellations and exchanges if a concert is cancelled on behalf of Musica Viva Australia or a patron due to COVID-19.

However, we offer unlimited free exchanges for all subscribers.

Full-time students, means-tested Australian pensioners (Aged, Disability, Veterans’ Affairs and Supporting Parent) and Health Care Card holders are eligible to receive Musica Viva Australia’s Concession prices. Seniors Card holders are not eligible. To claim a concession, please provide proof of eligibility when purchasing your subscription.

Save up to 65% on ticket prices if you are aged under 40. Proof of age must be supplied when booking and may be required prior to admission to each concert.

We offer $40 tickets to all concerts throughout the year.

Gift subscriptions can be redeemed for any Musica Viva Australia concert in Australia. To buy or redeem a Gift subscription, please call Box Office on 1800 688 482 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
AEDT).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as cheques made out to Musica Viva Australia. You can also redeem a Musica Viva Australia gift voucher.

Subscribers can also take advantage of our deferred payment method, allowing you to spread the cost of your subscription over four instalments.

Subscribers can access flexible exchanges on concert tickets, available up to 48 hours before a concert. To exchange your ticket, please contact the Box Office on 1800 688 482 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEDT).

We’re expecting high demand for these performances, as they sold out the last time they performed in Australia. The best way of securing tickets for The Choir of King’s College, Cambridge is to book a subscription (a minimum of three and up to seven concerts). This means your seats are guaranteed, you make great savings and can plan your concert-going across the year.
