Yes. Our online concerts and livestreams run through Vimeo which allows for Airplay from iOS (iPhone, iPad) as well as Chromecast from your device right to your TV. If you are using a computer, you may also wish to connect to your TV using a HDMI cable. See a run-down of how to do so below:

  1. HDMI Connection: Simply connect your computer to the TV using a HDMI cable. For a more detailed explanation on how to do this, visit this link for Mac and this link for PC connection.
  2. AirPlay: Click the AirPlay option on your Apple device, then connect to Apple TV by entering the code. Your device should then appear mirrored on your TV. Visit this link for a more detailed explanation.
  3. Chromecast: Connect your Chromecast Dongle and Android device to the same Wi-Fi network. When the video starts playing, click the “cast” button under video control settings then select your Chromecast device from the list of options. Your video will begin mirroring to your TV. A buffering or "stop-start" stream may be occurring as you do not have enough bandwidth to view the stream. We recommend refreshing the page as your first option.

If this does not solve the issue, you can tap the settings cog on the video to lower the viewing quality which may help get a steady video stream.

If the video will simply not play after trying the aforementioned methods, you may need to check your connection with your internet provider, restart your modem or restart your device.

If your internet provider has confirmed your connection is working but it still will not play, please reach out to us on boxoffice@musicaviva.com.au or call 1800 688 482.

We recommend using good quality speakers or headphones to ensure the audio experience is the best that it can be.
